Incentive fee Compensation paid to commodities trading advisers or to any practitioner who achieves above average returns. Sometimes called performance fee. Incentive stock option (ISO) A stock option, which specifies a set number of shares at a specified option price extending over a given period, which is free of tax when granted and when exercised. Incestuous share dealing Trading of shares between companies in order to create a tax or financial benefit for the companies involved. Inclusionary zoning A zoning ordinance that requires a developer to include affordable housing (or its funding) as part of the development.
