Yield

The rate of income an investor receives from a security; to produce or provide income.

Applies mainly to convertible securities. Effective yield of usable convertible bonds determined by the expiration date of the applicable warrants.

Yield to worst
The yield to maturity if the worst possible bond repayment takes place.
